Cornelia Brinkman has been appointed as General Manager of Moscow Marriott Hotel Group Novy Arbat and Courtyard by Marriott Moscow City Center.
Since October 2017, the five-star Moscow Marriott Hotel Novy Arbat has been headed by Cornelia, and since August 2018, Cornelia has been also in charge of the four-star Courtyard by Marriott Moscow City Center hotel.
Ms. Brinkman has more than 25 years of experience in the hotel business, 18 of which she held in senior positions at Marriott International.
Ms. Brinkman was born in Germany and began her career in the hotel industry in 1994 as an employee at the Best Western Delta Parkhotel Mannheim. In 1997, Cornelia took up a management position in the guest accommodation service, where she was responsible for the reception, concierge service and reservation department.
In 2000, Ms. Brinkman joined Marriott International in the position of the head of guest accommodation service at Frankfurt Marriott Hotel. After 3 years of excellent work, Cornelia was promoted to the Director of the department responsible for hotel room capacity and later to the Director of hotel room capacity and a member of the executive committee. Анна Киреева получила высшее экономическое образование в Академии бюджета и казначейства Министерства финансов Российской Федерации (сейчас Финансовый Университет при Правительстве Российской Федерации). Кроме этого, она имеет дополнительное образование в сфере HR в Московской международной высшей школе бизнеса (МИРБИС).
Анна более 13 лет работает в сфере HR. В 2011 году присоединилась к HR-департаменту московского регионального офиса Radisson Hotel Group, с 2016 года возглавляет данный департамент, отвечая за регион Восточная Европа, Россия и Турция.

Директор по развитию компании «Апостроф-Медиа», эксперт в сфере HR-консалтинга – развития корпоративной культуры, бренда работодателя, нематериальной мотивации и счастья сотрудников. Регулярно посещает различные города России в рамках своих бизнес-командировок (в среднем более 25 поездок за год).

Работает в продаже и развитии SaaS продуктов с 2014 года. Первый в России автоматизировал закупку и перевел на закупочную SaaS платформу Фонд капитального ремонта Свердловской области (оборот 4 млрд. рублей). Создал и запустил отраслевую секцию для Фондов капитального ремонта на базе ЕЭТП.

Полученный в сфере создания и развития IT-продуктов опыт позволил Виктору стать частью команды Satisfy Travel и приступить к активному продвижению продукта на рынке гостеприимства. Чтобы предлагать эффективные решения для hospitality, нужно в этом бизнесе разбираться. Набирая опыт продаж, общаясь с представителями индустрии, Виктор познавал все тонкости оказания и промоутирования гостиничных услуг, и теперь делится своей экспертизой с отельерами.
