He was born on October 13, 1968 in the family of an officer. He graduated from school in Severomorsk. He started his studies at the Moscow Aviation Institute. He served in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the USSR. Graduated from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.

He started his career by managing his own restaurant. In 1991 he founded and headed the company “Korpusgroup”.

In 1993, he brought the company to the corporate catering market, in 1995 – to the banquet catering market, and in 1998 to the operation and cleaning market. The regional expansion of KorpusGroup began in 1999.

Oleg Lobanov had a significant impact on the formation of the domestic market of production and economic services, for the first time applying many Western “know-how” and management system.

He has been working in the hotel business for twenty years, in his career he has gone from reception and accommodation to a top manager. He is a co-author and ideologist of the Frontdesk community of hotel business professionals Frontdesk.ru, Big Tree companies.

Anton is also a practicing business coach in B2B sales, conducts lectures at universities and hotels, participates in seminars on the hotel business in Russia, Europe and the USA. Member of the international organization HFTP (Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals). He has numerous publications on hotel business in leading industry publications in Russia and the CIS.

15 years ago, he came to the Radisson Royal Hotel Saint-Petersburg and fell ill with hotels. Then he worked with hotels in St. Petersburg, then in online – anywayanyday.ru , Director of Hotel Contracting in Russia and the CIS at HRS Group, Aviasales (Hotellook.ru ), Ostrovok.ru – head of Hotel contracting Russia & CIS. At the moment, he manages work with partners and business development of Yandex Travel.

He has been working in the sale and development of SaaS products since 2014. The first in Russia automated the purchase and transferred the Capital Repair Fund of the Sverdlovsk Region (turnover of 4 billion rubles) to the procurement SaaS platform. The experience gained in the field of creating and developing IT products allowed Viktor to become part of the Satisfy Travel team and begin actively promoting the product in the hospitality market.
