Hospitable Business Conference was initiated by the annual prestigious award and the award ceremony of the best hotels in Russia – Russian Hospitality Awards, which brings together leading representatives of the HoReCa segment.

Over 8 years of active project activity, Russian Hospitality Awards has become a part of the Russian hotel community and has created a professional platform for trusting communication.

Dealing with attention to the desires and needs of hoteliers, following the trends of the HoReCa segment, the project has reached a new level – the creation of educational content.

The first conference, Hospitable Business, was dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the award and was held on February 24, 2019 as the opening event on the eve of the ceremony. The premium hotel Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park hosted the event.

The main aims of the Award, as the initiator of the conference, were to identify the necessary components for creating an informative and useful event. Thanks to the dialogue with the hoteliers of the country, burning issues were identified, speakers of interest were identified, and the format that would be most effective for business and personal development was identified. Thus, Hospitable Business conference became an event with leading international experts and practitioners of the HoReCa segment, which made it possible to go beyond one country, closer to cosmopolitanism in the hospitality industry.

Networking made it possible to exchange ideas with like-minded people, as well as ask questions to the leaders of the hotel industry. Up-to-date topics of the sessions, successful examples of implemented cases and the application of global ideas in local solutions – all this has generated useful content for both representatives of the hotel industry and interested entrepreneurs of the hotel segment.

The annual Hospitable Business Conference has become part of the Global Hospitality Club project, in which its participants – representatives of the hospitality industry – will conduct internships, master classes, themed business breakfasts and other events.
