Then in 2007 he returns to a network Wpp agency, Grey. In 2011 he joins the Adci board as an adviser. After other experiences in digital and branding agency he opens his personal Studio Francesco Emiliani. He works for Perugina, Vodafone, Galletto Vallespluga and relaunches a prestigious brand like Allegrini. He loves writing with a pen and using technology.

Yana Perepechaeva has been working in the structure of NAO Krasnaya Polyana since 2018, and is a member of the board of Directors. Over the past 3 years, as commercial and later Operational Director, she was responsible for the operating income of the Krasnaya Polyana Resort, marketing and sales, and the implementation of the integrated resort model – unified management of hotels, cable cars, in-house services and restaurants. Cornelia Brinkman has been appointed as General Manager of Moscow Marriott Hotel Group Novy Arbat and Courtyard by Marriott Moscow City Center.
Since October 2017, the five-star Moscow Marriott Hotel Novy Arbat has been headed by Cornelia, and since August 2018, Cornelia has been also in charge of the four-star Courtyard by Marriott Moscow City Center hotel.
Ms. Brinkman has more than 25 years of experience in the hotel business, 18 of which she held in senior positions at Marriott International.
Ms. Brinkman was born in Germany and began her career in the hotel industry in 1994 as an employee at the Best Western Delta Parkhotel Mannheim. In 1997, Cornelia took up a management position in the guest accommodation service, where she was responsible for the reception, concierge service and reservation department.
In 2000, Ms. Brinkman joined Marriott International in the position of the head of guest accommodation service at Frankfurt Marriott Hotel. After 3 years of excellent work, Cornelia was promoted to the Director of the department responsible for hotel room capacity and later to the Director of hotel room capacity and a member of the executive committee. Since 2010, Cornelia took the position of General Manager in several hotels in Kazakhstan and Russia. 2010-2013 – Renaissance Atyrau Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments, 2013-2017 – Renaissance Baltic St. Petersburg and Courtyard by Marriott Vasilievsky.
Cornelia was recognized for her leadership and achievements. Her latest awards include “Hotel of the Year 2011” (Marriott Executive Apartments Atyrau), Mustang Award 2010 (for personal achievements), Financial Excellence 2010 (Renaissance Atyrau), Market Excellence 2010 (Renaissance Atyrau), Excellent Guide2010 (Marriott Executive Apartments).
Cornelia Brinkman was also the chairman of the Russian Business Council.

Руководитель и основатель Russian Hospitality Awards и Global Hospitality Club

Стоит у истоков создания самой значимой премии в области гостеприимства Russian Hospitality Awards. Количество отелей-участников 600-700 ежегодно.

Основатель Global Hospitality Club, в рамках которого проводятся 2 международные конференции в год с экспертами из сферы гостеприимства разных стран. В девяти конференциях приняли участие спикеры из США, Германии, Великобритании, Швейцарии, Канады, Нигерии, Индии, Тайланда, Франции и др.

С 2020 года проводит прямые эфиры: “Жизнь увлечённых людей”, где в интервью раскрывается личность генерального менеджера отеля, и вебинары со специалистами отрасли на актуальные темы. Все проекты стали бизнес-площадками для коммуникации отельеров с поставщиками.

Каждый год посещает около 200 отелей, имеет профессиональную насмотренность.

Образование – магистр по специальности «Русская литература».

Высшее образование получил в Киевском Университете Культуры и Искусства по специальности менеджмент непроизводственной и гостиничной сферы.

Получил дополнительное образование в Школе гостиничного бизнеса (Фаро, Португалия) менеджмент предприятий общественного питания.
